Craft Night
I love to make decorations to hang on my door because they are simple to make which is especially good for me since I'm not too crafty. This time we decided to make flowers since I finally took my clover down a month after St. Patrick's Day and Jenn couldn't find my house last time she came to pick me up for softball. We cut them all out and then everyone brought there own paint so they could make their flower whatever color they wanted to. I love making crafts with my sisters and mom because it shows our individual styles we each start out with the same thing and they all end up looking totally different. Addisyn always insists on paint with us so this time we decided to give her her own flower. She chose to paint hers pink and my mom painted her name on it for her so she can hang it on her bedroom door when they move into their new house. Addisyn lost interest in painting after the first coat so my dad helped her finish while she went and helped her dad garden.

Volleyball
For work they were having a volleyball tournament and I wasn't going to play because I usually get annoyed at things that like and I don't like trying new things but my friend Larissa convinced me to play and I am so glad that I did it was way fun. Adam also played in this tournament but we were on different teams and never got to play each other. I was kind of worried before we started to play because I thought that it was going to be like church volleyball with just passing the ball back and forth but it was really competitive. I had a ton of fun especially when I blocked a guy in the last game. Unfortunately we were playing at the same time as Adam so I didn't get to watch him that much but my mom and Robyn both said that he did really well. Thanks to everyone who came and watched us play it really meant a lot to have you there. Now hopefully my muscles will be recovered enough to be able to play softball since I can still barely walk today.
Badminton
Since it was such a nice day after the baby show we decided to play badmitton. I have a really hard time playing badminton and Tennis because I can never decide which hand to hold the racket with. I play most sports left handed but I write right handed and neither hand really feel normal when I hold the racket. It was really fun just hanging out playing badminton and getting some sun unfortunately I got a bit to much sun and my legs got really sunburned.
Baby Shower
My cousin Stacie is having a baby so Robyn and My Mom threw a shower for her. Robyn came up with most of the ideas and my mom and I just helped to put everything together. The theme for the shower was Dr. Seuss and it turned out really cute. The decorations were simple and we tried to base them on different books and then we just used some books to decorate. Each game that we played was based on a book we played the game where each person gets a star and they can't say the word baby if they say the word baby they get their star taken away this game was based on the the book The Sneetches. Then we play guess how many candies are in the jar to go with the book One fish, Two Fish, Red Fish, Blue Fish. After that we played the game where you try to cut a string to be the right size to fit around the mom. I was pretty proud of myself because I was really close. It was really fun to get to spend time with my Dad's side of the family and to see all the cute presents Stacie got.
Game Face
This post is a little late I am technologically challenged so it took me a long time to get the pictures off of my phone We're having a volleyball tournament for work so I decided I should practice so I don't totally suck. So last night I invited some people to go play volleyball and it was way fun we will definitely be playing again soon. The first two games it was Larissa and I VS Adam, Andy, and Brittany and of course since Larissa and I are pros we won both games but Adam, Andy, and Brittany were definitely more entertaining to watch they were trying to do cheers and after every play they would run around and give each other high fives. After that we decided to switch teams so it was Adam and I VS. Andy, Brittany, and Larissa at first I wasn't sure that these would be good teams since I'm really competitive and I thought that I might get mad at Adam but apparently he has been hiding his awesome volleyball skills from me since we got married because he was really good and it was really fun to be on the same team as him. The first game me and Adam lost but I blame it on the beam that was on our side of the court, every time we got the ball it would hit the beam and go flying in some random direction. For the next game we switched sides of the court Adam and I won so we had to have a tie breaker game. Adam and I won the tie breaker which made me the ultimate winner of the night because I won the most games. I can definitely tell that I haven't played in a while because my whole body is sore today especially my arms from passing the ball. Brittany's face was so funny every time that she got the ball so I told her it was her game face which gave me the idea to take pictures of everyone's game face (I don't have one because I tried to smile for my game face picture and they wouldn't allow it so I just didn't get one).Andy has wimpy arms so he got a bruise from passing the ball

Late Night Mischief
Today is My cousin Jack's birthday A.K.A. Austin so last night my mom and Robyn decided that we were going to wake him up at midnight and take him to eat. When we got to his house he was asleep on the couch so Robyn started to pull him of the couch to wake him up. Once he was kind of awake we told him to go get his shoes and as he was walking to his room he stepped on the tile and fell down it was really funny. We decided to go to Village INN to eat while we were waiting for our food Austin decided that he needed a mustache and then he shaved it off with his straw he's still not old enough to handle sharp objects maybe next year. It was really fun but I was definitely tired when I had to get up for work this morning.
